Fashion,

Off-shoulder Chic

The end of last week marked the mid-way point of my university experience. And all i thought was, wow…life is moving pretty fast. Actually, that’s all I’ve been thinking about since then. Only today, a friend of mine reminded me that i’m only 19. NINETEEN. I’ve not even lived two decades yet. Life’s not flying by, it’s moving at a pretty steady pace. And i’m exactly where I need to be and doing what I should be doing; living life. That is inclusive of appreciating the small things in life, for example, looking around Loresho for a good shoot location whilst trying not to get arrested for trespassing…? which did pay off, because we managed to get some really good shots and have LOADS of fun while we were at it. While shooting, we even met two school girls who seemed pleasantly curious about what we were up to and decided to stay and Β watch the whole process.

For the rest of you curious readers, the look for the shoot was all about off-shoulder tops and how to pull them off . You’ve probably seen them all over social media and accompanying fashion websites. It’s a trend. A really good one if i might add. It’s impossible to put on an off-shoulder top and not immediately feel those hippie Coachella vibes. I paired mine with dark skinny jeans and heels for that extra fun and flirty feel to it. My heeled sandals are from the online shop Shoestrukke. Make sure to check it out, you will definitely be spoiled for choice!
